             (directory) /pub/forms/cbex

The files in this folder are the forms to be filled in by the
supervisor/advisor of the CNPq scholars who were selected in 
1995 for the PhD Program, for the annual evaluation.
Postal mail with these forms are being sent to the supervisors/
advisors. The files are available for FTP transfer and can be
filled in, printed and sent to CNPq by postal mail.

The file must be unpacked with PKUNZIP to WORD 6.0 format.
